Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping Options

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Available shipping methods at checkout:

Free Standard Shipping: Orders with a subtotal of $75.00 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping. This discount is applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using your tracking number:

  • FedEx: fedex.com

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed (except Overnight shipping when placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day). Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (November–January), extreme weather events, or carrier disruptions.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at [email protected] — we can only make changes before the order ships.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or your building manager
  • Look around entry points and back doors
  • Wait 24 hours — some carriers mark as delivered before actual delivery
  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
  • Email us at [email protected] if the issue is not resolved

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery. However, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
