1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • items returned without original packaging
  • clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items marked on the product page
  • customized or special-order items, if any

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

4. Return Process

5. Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the wrong item was sent
  • the item arrived damaged

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refunds

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
