Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Express shipping (2–3 business days) and Overnight shipping (1 business day) are also available at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of placement.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for $6.99 via standard shipping. Express and Overnight shipping are available at additional cost regardless of order total.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately — we'll make it right.
Each product page has a size chart accessible via the "Size Chart" accordion below the size selector. For clothing: measure your chest, waist, and hips with a soft tape measure and compare to our chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. You can also email us for personalized sizing advice.
Currently, we ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and territories. We're working to expand our international shipping options. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to monitor delivery status in real time. If you didn't receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us.
We accept PayPal, as well as all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through PayPal's checkout system. All transactions are SSL-encrypted for your security.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be changed. To cancel or modify, email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once shipped, we cannot cancel — you would need to initiate a return upon receipt.
We apologize if this happens. Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping for defective items.
Absolutely. We use PayPal's industry-leading security for all transactions. We never store your credit card information on our servers. All data is transmitted over SSL-encrypted connections. PayPal's Buyer Protection also covers eligible purchases.
We currently do not offer gift wrapping or digital gift cards, but this is something we're working on for the future. If you're purchasing as a gift, let us know in your order and we'll make sure there are no price tags on the packing slip.
