Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed — never used or altered
- In original condition — no damage, stains, odors, or pet hair
- All original tags attached and in place
- In original or equivalent packaging when possible
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 30-day window
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to return an item:
- Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Step 2: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Step 3: Package your items securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Step 4: Ship the package to the return address provided in our response using a trackable shipping method.
Return shipping cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order, in which case we provide a prepaid return label.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card). Depending on your bank or payment processor, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item or our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and indicate in your email that you'd like an exchange, specifying the desired size or color. We'll hold the replacement item while processing your return.
If the replacement item is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund instead.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
